Made of more than a dozen separate parts that were then assembled. Colorful designs and words related to the miracle of Chanukah are brushed and etched onto its surfaces. It was finished in a glaze fire in our kiln. This chanukiah is designed to hold glass oil cups. (*If you are within an hour of Hillside, NJ, I will do my best to deliver it in person.)

Price is for a set of five. These are for either candles with a base of at least 1/2” or for oil and a wick (or a short wide candle in a glass cup, which is included). Each is approximately 5” tall, stoneware with underglazes and glaze.

Small, bright candlestick pair (each 3 1/2” x 2 1/4”) comes with a square plate. Aqua, blue, white and ivory, with a little dash of chartreuse. Glass cups or regular Shabbat candles must be bought separately..

This pair is nice and stripey, in white, bright chartreuse and dark blue. 8.25" tall x 2" wide. Candles either require a 1.5" base, or use glass cups for oil. Comes with the matching square plate. (Not sold with glass cups. To order oil cups, look for the largest glass cups you can get from your local Judaica store.

Hand built from 14 individually made parts that are combined, then the whole is glazed white, and lustered for a gleaming iridescent sheen. (If only luster glaze were easier to phtotograph.) Suitable for either candles or for glass cups filled with oil. Clean with hot water and a soft rag. (*If you are within an hour’s drive from Hillside, NJ, and you give us enough time, we will deliver.)

A pair or raku-fired and pierced cups meant to hold memorial candles. Dark jade exterior, white crackle interior, and touches of copper luster. Use small candles set in glasses to get the best appearance with these. The candle light will glow through the holes in the raku holder. 3” x 2.75” each. Bottoms are black as a result of absorbing carbon in the raku firing. Not meant to sit in water as (like all raku) they are not watertight.

Meant to hold small memorial candles in glass cups, these raku-fired holders measure 3” x 2.25”. They are pierced to allow the candle light to come through. Pale green outside, touched with copper luster inside. They are not meant to be immersed in water. Handmade on the potter’s wheel and pierced by hand. Unglazed parts are black from absorbing carbon in the fire.
